Allen Brothers Sponsorship Announcement

Performance sailboat hardware manufacturer, Allen Brothers of Burnham, UK, announces its sponsorship of 6 times RS700 National Champion Paul Bayliss, who has recently paired up with crew Chris Feibusch to try his hand in the RS800 class.

Allen Brothers has been designing and producing deck hardware for dinghies and dayboats since 1956 and has one of the most comprehensive ranges available.

The annual Glyn Charles pursuit race hosted by Hayling Island Sailing Club on May 15th provided the perfect platform for the new addition to the Allen team of sponsored sailors to line up against some of the current pacesetters in the class.

“The Europeans in Garda in July is our focus so we don’t have a lot of time to get up to speed. We need to know the equipment we’re using will be reliable and offer consistent high performance. Having raced RS boats hard for many years, I’ve used and abused a lot of equipment developed and manufactured by Allen Brothers, so I know it’ll be well up to the job.” Said Bayliss
